libghc-email-validate-dev software package provides validate an email address string against RFC 5322, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-email-validate-dev
libghc-email-validate-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-email-validate-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-email-validate-dev *
